Casey Griffin

Casey Griffin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance, and over 35 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry.

He is a licensed real estate broker, and was formerly a principal in the Formarc Company, where he provided both strategic and tactical real estate services to Mark IV Industries, Inc. on an outsourced basis.

Casey’s extensive experience includes acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities, analysis of municipal incentives and financial alternatives, valuation of real estate assets, entitlement processing, and environmental issues.

As the outsourced service provider to Wilson Automotive, Casey is responsible for all aspects of the company’s real estate activities. Coordination and implementation of all transactional, entitlement and development projects fall within his responsibility. Current activities include the acquisition, entitlement and development of the many franchises owned by Wilson Automotive throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Mexico.
